I just started reading you, and fell upon this list (through the maze I create when Medium reading).

I spent the majority of my school life obsessed with music. My collections of cassettes, and some albums, stretched across genres. (I even stayed awake to listen to college radio.). I had everything from A-ha and Depeche Mode. I was alone with this, my friends were into the inner city mainstream of rap and hard rock. So, hearing these thoughts from you is like opening a dusty box of cassette tapes (of which I have in the attic) and sharing with someone my young appreciation.
